HiLo 100 bp DNA Ladder3 is prepared from plasmids containing repeats of a 100 bp DNA fragment by digestion  with appropriate restriction enzymes to yield 10 blunt ended bands in 100bp increments ranging in size from 100-1000 bp and an additional band at 3041bp, and suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis.

All bands in HiLo 100bp DNA Ladder3 are blunt end, which avoiding any artifacts caused by band reannealing.

The 500bp in HiLo 100bp DNA Ladder3 are two to three times brighter for easy identification.
