HiLo 100bp DNA Ladder2 is prepared from plasmids containing repeats of a 100 bp DNA fragment by digestion  with appropriate restriction enzymes to yield 15 blunt ended bands in 100bp increments ranging in size from 100-1500 bp and an additional band at 2672bp, and suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis.

All bands in HiLo 100bp DNA Ladder2 are blunt end, which avoiding any artifacts caused by band reannealing.

HiLo 100bp DNA Ladder2 is Supplied in a ready-to-load format and can be Visualized with ethidium bromide or SYBR Green staining
