HiLo 200bp DNA Ladder is prepared from plasmids containing repeats of a 200 bp DNA fragment by digestion  with appropriate restriction enzymes to yield 21 blunt ended bands in 200bp increments ranging in size from 200-4200 bp, and suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis.

All bands in HiLo 200bp DNA Ladder are blunt end, which avoiding any artifacts caused by band reannealing.

The 5000bp HiLo 200bp DNA Ladder are two to three times brighter for easy identification.
