HiLo 500bp DNA Ladder is prepared from plasmids containing repeats of a 500 bp DNA fragment by digestion  with appropriate restriction enzymes to yield 21 blunt ended bands in 500bp increments ranging in size from 500-10500 bp, and suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis.

All bands in HiLo 500bp DNA Ladder are blunt end, which avoiding any artifacts caused by band reannealing.

The 3000bp HiLo 500bp DNA Ladder are two to three times brighter for easy identification.
